Request Action:

Commission acceptance of the attached Bill of Sale and Utilities Easement Dedication from Lennar Homes, LLC for the property (referred to as Azalea Isle) located at NW 27 Court and 55 Avenue, Lauderhill, FL   33313

 

Need:

The City wishes to accept the Bill of Sale and Utilities Easement Dedication for installed water and wastewater facilities.  The easement will be used to access the utilities for repairs or replacement.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The Bill of Sale will give the City the all the water distribution system and wastewater collection improvements together with all appurtenances attached thereto, which lie within the Azalea Isle  boundary.    This will give the City the full and free right and authority to construct, maintain, repair, install, and rebuilding the water and sewer facilities in, over, under, through, upon or across the easement area.
