To allow municipalities to continue to have local control over its public streets.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
Recent Federal Communications Commission "FCC" actions relating to wireless facilities due to the enactment of H.R. 530 could impinge on municipalities local control over its public streets and public assets. This Resolution requests that Congress and the President of the United States reverse the recent actions to reaffirm such local control.
