THIS CHANGE ORDER IS NEEDED TO ALLOW FOR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS ELECTRICAL FLOOR BOX MODIFICATION, WOOD TRUSSES, ASBESTOS REMOVAL AND MONITORING, INSTALLATION OF NEW TRANSFORMERS FOR LIGHT FIXTURES.
