Request Action:

The Parks and Recreation Department requests the approval of the Professional Service Agreements between the City and several American Red Cross Water Safety Swim Instructors.
Need:
Why is there a need for this action?
Additional instructors will enable the Aquatic Division to offer additional swim lesson programming to a larger number of participants at Wolk Park, John Mullin Park, and Veteran's Park.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Provide a summary/background of this agenda request.
The Parks and Recreation Department would like to offer more aquatic programming to the community. Contracting with certified vendors, will allow the Department to offer more swim lesson programming, offer quality programming to the community, and generate more revenue.
