Pass a resolution approving the renewal of the contract with Ameriflex to provide administration of the City of Lauderhill's Medical Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Spending Account under the Section 125 flexible benefit program for all City Employees at "no charge" for a one year term beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022.
Request Action:
Request approval of the contract renewal with Ameriflex to administer the City's Medical Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Spending Account. The agreement is for the contract year October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

To provide medical flexible spending and dependent care accounts to eligible employees.
