Approve an Interlocal Agreement to authorize the City of Lauderhill to enforce Broward County issued Emergency Orders.
Need:
To grant the City the authority to enforce County issued Emergency Orders.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Broward County has issued numerous Emergency Orders. This Interlocal Agreement authorizes the participating cities to enforce the County issued Emergency Orders.
