Pass a Resolution to approve the Consent for Modification requested by Crown Castle as agent on behalf of Verizon for modifications listed within its existing area located at 2000 City Hall Drive location (BU# 812072).

Request for Consent to modify an existing telecommunications site.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Crown Castle has requested a consent for modification as agent for Bellsouth Moibility, LLC on behalf of Verizon to modify existing equipment within its leased area at the telecommunication cite located at 2000 City Hall Drive *BU#812072).
Scope of Work: As per attached plans: Verizon PCS: adding (6) radios, (6) diplexers, (1) OVP and (1) hybrid. removing (6) triplexers and (6) diplexers. No changes to leased ground space.
