The following information has been prepared for your consideration:

 

I.                     REQUESTED ACTION

This Resolution is requested to approve the election of Doreen Petit-Compere as employee representative member to the General Employee Pension Board for a the remainder of a two (2) year term, to expire January 2027.

 

II.                     SUMMARY AND HISTORY/BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The election of Winnieford Nisbeth as a member expired January 2025.

 

Nominations for election were opened and the only valid nomination received was for Doreen Petit-Compere; no election is needed as this nominee won by default.

 

III.                     FINANCIAL IMPACT

None.

 

IV.                     RECOMMENDATION/ACTION

It is recommended that the Commission approve the appointments as described above.
