Award a bid to The Paving Lady in an amount not to exceed $577,509.17 as the winning bidder for NW 21st ST Corridor Resurfacing pursuant to RFP #2024-024. The intent of this project is to provide milling and resurfacing of approximately 101,475 sf at an average depth of one and a half inch (1.5”); and for the milling and resurfacing of approximately 9621 sf at an average depth of one inch (1.0”) throughout the limits of the project. Work should include drainage improvements such as removing and replacing existing curb Type D around the median, swale regrading, installation of trench drain and miscellaneous drainage improvements along the south side of NW 21st Street, west of NW 43rd Terrace. This project will improve the roadway and drainage conditions along NW 21st Street from NW 47th Ave to SR 7.
