Request Action:
The Manors of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood District Advisory Council has approved a District tax levy in the amount of Zero mils and Zero non-ad valorem special assessment for the Master Association, Zero mils and Zero non-ad valorem special assessment for the Condominium I and Zero mils and Zero non-ad valorem special assessment for Condominium XI Association. The Advisory Council requests that the Manors of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood District Board of Directors approves this assessment and the resulting budget for fiscal year 2027.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The community is recommending this levy in order to utilize currently unused revenues from the current fiscal year.
The Safe Neighborhood Districts were created to provide a more secure community for our residents. The Manors of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood Districts were created in 2011 by the City. Residents in this community voted, by referendum, to create the district and levy taxes to collect funds to make their neighborhoods safer.
