Pass an Ordinance approving supplemental appropriations to Interdepartment Budget, Capital Budget and Supplemental Appropriation to reflect necessary changes due to impact of COVID-19 and otherwise.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
The City Budget will be impacted as a result of COVID-19 and the various impacts on businesses, sales tax, and other associated fees and costs for services that have been impacted. This Supplemental Appropriation to the Budget reflects some of the changes necessary in relation to those impacts.
