The City of Lauderhill has obtained appraisals and wishes to purchase the 1.7 acre of vacant land located at the corner of State Road 7/U.S. 441 as more particularly described in the attached Vacant Land Contract and Survey from Lauderhill Marketplace, LLC for the purchase price of $928,092.67.
