Approve the Recycling Processing Agreement for single stream blended value with Waste Management for a 5 year term, with two additional one-year options to renew and right to terminate at anytime without cause with 90 days notice.

To extend the Recycling Processing Agreement and update rates.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Recycling Processing Agreement is due to expire July 2, 2023. This Amendment extends the agreement and updates the current rates effective July 1, 2023. This Agreement approves the processing agreement for a 5 year term, with two additional one-year options to renew. Both parties have a Right to Terminate Without Cause for No Reason with 90 days notice at any time.
