The Development Review Committee (DRC) is comprised of several members of city staff from various departments. Additionally, the DRC serves as the "Community Appearance Committee (CAC)." The duties of the DRC include review of several development applications (site plans, site plan modifications, plats, etc.) and the duties of the CAC are to review paint permits, single-family houses, etc. Reducing the quorum and clarifying the positions of the DRC will allow for a more efficient use of staff time and assign the most appropriate staff representatives depending on the applications under review.
