Adopt a Resolution approving the election of Ryan Gabner and Matthew Newman, elected by the employees, and the appointment of Michael Taussig, by the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board, to fill expired positions on the Board.

To fill vacant/expired positions on the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Two positions on the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board have expired and both are employee elected positions. Ryan Gabner and Matthew Newman were the two individuals elected by the employees to serve on the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board for a period of two (2) years, expiring July 2023.
A third position on the board has been expired and is to be filled via appointment by the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board itself as a board appointment. The trustees voted at the August 10, 2021 Pension Board Meeting to name Michael Taussig for a two year term, expiring August 2023. This resolution would also approve the Board's appointment to fill this position.
