Pass a Resolution approving the Option to Extend the Recycling Agreement with Waste Management of Florida, Inc. for an two (2) year term
Need:
To extend the current agreement which is due to expire July 31, 2019.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Pass a Resolution approving the Option to Extend the Recycling Agreement with Waste Management of Florida, Inc. for an two (2) year term pursuant to the original Agreement which was origially entered into with WastePro and reassigned to Waste Management of Florida, Inc. Providing that all terms of the original agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the option period which will now expire July 31, 2021. Providing that no options to extend remain.
