Commissioner Lawrence "Jabbow" Martin has requested an Ordinance to create the Young Professional Advisory Board. Chapter 2, Administration, Article XI, Section 2-300 will be created to provide for the creation of the board, state its purpose, composition, qualifications, vacancies, terms, appointments, and duties.
