Request Action:

Transfer Property located at 5209 N.W. 18th Place, which was originally deeded to the City from the Lauderhill Housing Authority, over to the Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for development and/or Management on behalf of the City of Lauderhill.

Transfer title of property from the City to the CRA in order to proceed with development on the property that is about to begin shortly in the Renaissance Homes development.
