Approve the revised qualifying threshold and qualified vendor list for RFQ No. 2026-053 to provide security guard services on an as-needed basis.

The City issued RFQ No. 2026-053 to establish a qualified vendor list for security guard services on an as-needed basis. The three highest-ranked firms scored below the original 85-point threshold. Reducing the threshold to 70 points will allow the City to establish the vendor list to meet its security service needs.
