Request Action:
The City desires to implement an Automated School Zone Speed Camera Enforcement Program to improve pedestrian safety and reduce speeding violations within designated school zones throughout the City of Lauderhill.
The Town of Pembroke Park competitively solicited proposals through RFP No. 12-473-14, Creation and Implementation for a Speed Camera Enforcement Program in School Zones Only, and awarded the contract to Blue Line Solutions, LLC on May 14, 2025. The agreement includes an initial three-year term with two additional three-year renewal options by mutual agreement.
The contract specifically authorizes other governmental entities to purchase services under the same terms and conditions, making it eligible for cooperative (piggyback) procurement.
