TO ALLOW SUBMETERS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1920-1924 N.W. 60TH AVENUE, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, IN ORDER TO SEPARATELY BILL EACH INDIVIDUAL USER BASED UPON ACTION WATER CONSUMPTION AT THE SAME RATE UTILIZED BY THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY CITY MANAGER, DESORAE GILES-SMITH).

Need:
Owner request of meter separation.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
To separate the bill for each unit for actual water consumption. Per the City’s Code of Ordinances, meter separation can only occur with Commission approval.
