Approval of a contract award pursuant to BID No. 2026-043 - Exterior Waterproofing and Painting - Fire House 57 to Veneto Construction Group LLC to provide services for exterior waterproofing and painting of a three-story commercial building (fire station 57) and attached structure at +/- 30,000 SQ. FT. and +/- 1027 LF of concrete privacy wall in an amount not to exceed $41,800.00.

The City of Lauderhill issued Bid No. 2026-043 - Exterior Waterproofing and Painting - Fire House 57 seeking bids from qualified General Contractors to provide services for exterior waterproofing and painting of a three-story commercial building (Fire Station 57) and attached structure at +/- 30,000 sq. Ft. and +/- 1027 LF of concrete privacy wall.
A total of fourteen responsive bids were received and the Bids were evaluated in accordance with the requirement(s) outlined in the bid document. The City staff recommends awarding the bid to Veneto Construction Group LLC., the second lowest responsive bidder and the most responsible bidder, in the not to exceed amount of $41,800.00.
