Request Action:

To approve the Vision Plan contract renewal with Humana.

 

Need:

To provide vision coverage for eligible employees on a voluntary basis.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Humana has agreed to extend the current vision plan rates with no increase and is providing a two year rate guarantee through September 30, 2021.
