Request Action:

Pass a Resolution to approve a non-exclusive easement for utility installation and maintenance easement from the City to FP&L in order for them to install the power infrastructure on the Fire Station 30 site.

 

Need:

To enable FP&L to install the power infrastructure needed at Fire Station 30.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

FP&L requires an easement in order to install the power infrastructure for Fire Station 30.  This resolution approves a non-exclusive easement for utility installation and maintenance from the City of Lauderhill to FP&L.
