Request Action:

Adopt a Resolution appointing individuals to fill vacant positions for each geographic area as members of the Lauderhill Community and Budget Advisory Board for a one (1) year term, expiring July 2022.

 

Need:

To fill vacant terms on the Lauderhill Community and Budget Advisory Board.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Applicants are listed below with their geographic area of residence noted. Most recently appointed board members are also denoted as such.

 

The Board includes 1 seat per geographic area (8 total) and 1 seat for a member at large (1 total), who may reside in any geographic area.

 

With previous appointments, when no applications were received from residents of a particular geographic area, the Commission has chosen to waive the geographic residency requirement on a temporary basis, until such time that an application from a resident is received.
