Request Action:

Pass a Reimbursement Resolution to allow for reimbursements of any expenditures relating to the Equipment Lease for certain vehicles and equipment.

To pass a reimbursement resolution.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The City intends to enter into a Lease-Purchase finance agreement for the purchase of various necessary vehicles for the police and fire departments.  This resolution allows for the reimbursement if any expenditures are made prior to the actual passage and entry of the Lease-Purchase Agreement itself relating to the subject matter of that Lease-Purchase Agreement, which is essential especially in the condition of the market currently.
