Approve Lease Agreements with the Broward County School Board for Track & Field at Boyd Anderson High School for regular track facility practices and one home meet for the youth Track Program for the Cheetah Track Club.

Provide a summary/background of this agenda request.
The City has a reciprocal Use Agreement with the School Board of Broward County to use School Board owned facilities. The PALS Department would like to use the track facility at Boyd Anderson High School for the City's Lauderhill Cheetah Track Club age group practices. Practices will be held Monday through Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm beginning Tuesday, January 21, 2020 through Thursday, May 28, 2020. The Department would also like to rent the Boyd Anderson Track Facility on Saturday, February 29, 2020 to host a local track meet.
