Approve Change Order in an amount not to exceed $15,240 to Prism Architectural, LLC contract to amend and update the architectural design and construction drawings for value engineering revisions and to bring them up to code for the 2 model B homes currently being built and repeater fees for the four (4) additional lots to be constructed for Infill Housing Phase 2B.
