Need: The objective of this ordinance amendment is to provide clear definitions and land development standards within the City of Lauderhill’s Land Development Code for all Automotive Sales, Car Rental uses, Automotive Repair (Major) uses, Automotive Repair (Minor) uses, and Car Wash and Auto Detailing uses City Wide.
