Request Action:

The City Commission is being requested to approve an RFP 2024-011 Manors of Inverrary roadway improvements phase 3 award to M&M Asphalt DBA All County as previously approved by the Manors of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood district advisory board to complete the roadway not to exceed $304,764.90.

 

Need:

 

The Manor of Inverrary roadway is in need of paving and milling of approximately 103,780 square feet to fix pot holes and milling issues from use by their residents.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The Manors Safe Neighborhood District was created by the residents of the community to provide a more secure community.  Resident in this community voted by referendum to create the district and levy taxes to collect funds to make their communities safer and more secure.  As such, the community voted to improve their roadways that needed major repair.
