Request Action:

Request approval for the creation of a new Managerial/Confidential Part-Time Pay Plan.

 

Need:

To establish consistency between the full-time and part-time pay plans.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The current part-time pay plan has nine steps while the full-time pay plan has 13 steps. This proposal will create consistency in pay as a part-timer performs the same job functions as a full-time employee in the same position.
