Request Action:

Adopt a Resolution to appoint Barbara Herman to serve as an alternate member on the Code Enforcement Board.

 

Need:

Commissioner Martin does not currently have an alternate appointment on the Code Enforcement Board, with a vacancy for the appointment of an alternate member for a one year term to end November 2024. He has named Barbara Herman as the appointee he would like to select.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Cynthia Dunlap was previously Commissioner Martin's alternate appointment to the board until she was removed due to lack of attendance at successive board meetings, thus leaving Commissioner Martin with a vacancy for his alternate appointment. Commissioner Martin has selected Barbara Herman to fill this vacancy.
