TO ALLOW SUBMETERS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2256-2262 N.W. 59TH TERRACE, #1-#4, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, IN ORDER TO SEPARATELY BILL EACH INDIVIDUAL USER BASED UPON ACTUAL WATER CONSUMPTION AT THE SAME RATE UTILIZED BY THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY CITY MANAGER, DESORAE GILES-SMITH).

Owner request of meter separation.
Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:
To separate the bill for each unit for actual water consumption. Per the City’s Code of Ordinances, meter separation can only occur with Commission approval.
