Request Action:

A resolution is requested from the City Commission to approve the City of Lauderhill’s Second Year Annual Action Plan.

Need:

Action is required to obtain commission approval prior to submittal to satisfy the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations for participating jurisdictions receiving federal funding.

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Staff has prepared the second year annual action plan in accordance with the policies and regulations set forth by HUD.
