Approve a Settlement Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Margo Greer in the amount of $79,000.00.

 

Need:

To approve a litigation settlement agreement.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Margo Greer initiated litigation against the City of Lauderhill.  The claim has been reviewed and it is in the best interest of the City to resolve the matter rather than going to trial.  This Resolution approves the total settlement agreement in the amount of $79,000.00 in exchange for a full release and hold harmless.
