Pass a Resolution approving the renewal of the Service Agreement with Motorola Solutions regarding all city radios for an additional one (1) year term expiring September 30, 2020 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and authorizing payment in an amount not to exceed $58,286.40 from the appropriate Budget Code Number.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Motorola Solutions Service Agreement which provides services to all city radios expired September 30, 2019, but provides for an automatic renewal unless the City provides prior notice of its intent to terminate. The City intends to renew the Agreement for the continued services for a one (1) year term pursuant to the terms of the Agreement through Setpember 30, 2020. Approving payment in the total amount not to exceed $58,286.40 from the appropriate Budget Code Number.
