Request Action:

Adopt a Resolution to approve the appointment of Michael Taussig by the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board.

 

Need:

Michael Taussig’s term expired August 2023.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The appointment of Michael Taussig, as fifth member of the Lauderhill Firefighters Pension Board, has been expired and is to be filled via appointment by the Pension Board itself as a board appointment. The trustees voted at the November 14, 2023 Pension Board Meeting to name Michael Taussig for a two year term, expiring August 2025. This resolution would approve the Board's appointment to fill this position.
