the Division of Strategic Planning & Performance developed the Supplemental Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, which builds upon the existing 2024-2029 Strategic Plan without replacing it, providing a structured, data-driven framework to bridge to the next five-year planning cycle beginning in FY 2027

Need: adoption of the Supplemental Strategic Plan for FY 2025-2026 will enhance transparency, strengthen operational performance, and promote measurable results that improve quality of life for Lauderhill residents
