Request the approval of the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Aquanauts, LLC.
Need:
Why is there a need for this action?
To provide Scuba Classes at the three Aquatic Facilities for residents that are intereseted in getting certified in Scuba Diving.

Aquanauts, LLC is a professionally licensed company specializing in Water Safety and SCUBA Diving. Aquanauts can accomodate youth and adults wishing to learn how to snorkel and scuba. Aquanauts Scuba Academy courses promote self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-competence in aquatic education. Aquanauts Scuba Academy programs are designed as level progression training modules. Developing skills and techniques with quality assurance.

Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:

Instructor will receive 80% and the City will receive 20% of the revenues collected.
