RESOLUTION NO. 26R-10-188: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, APPROVING A LIST OF QUALIFIED CONSULTING FIRMS PURSUANT TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) NUMBER 2026-039 - CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (CCNA), AS RECOMMENDED BY THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE, TO PROVIDE MISCELLANEOUS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY IN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 287.055, FLORIDA STATUTES, THE CONSULTANTS' COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION ACT (“CCNA”); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH ONE OR MORE OF THE APPROVED VENDORS, AS NEEDED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY CITY MANAGER KENNIE HOBBS, JR.).

Request Action:
To approve the list of qualified consulting firms pursuant to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2026-039 - Continuing Professional Services (CCNA), as recommended by the evaluation committee, to provide miscellaneous professional services for the city in various disciplines and in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (“CCNA”), and Lauderhill City Code, Section 2-141(b) on an as needed basis.

The City of Lauderhill issued No. 2026-039 - Continuing Professional Services (CCNA), seeking to identify Engineering and Professional Consulting Firms with substantial experience and capabilities to provide services in the categories listed below.
