Request Action:
Pass an Ordinance clarifying the height restriction for political signs.
Need:
To limit the height of political signs when installed.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Previously political signs have been installed in a manner that results in placement that is very high and distracting. This ordinance amends the Land Development Regulations to clearly provide the maximum height requirements once political signs are actually installed.
