Request Action:

Land Development Regulations Text Amortize Food Distribution Center Uses within the Community Facility Zoning District within Five (5) year period from date of adoption.

 

Need: Planning Staff has identified the need to Amortize Food Distribution Center Uses within the Community Facility Zoning District within five (5) years from the adoption date of this Ordinance as the Use does not meet the intent of the Community Facility Zoning District and the vision of the Proposed SE CRA CRP as it is adversely affecting the community.
