Approve two contracts with Old Skool Gang Ventures, Inc. to approve the Booking Agent terms and conditions regarding the following two events: Lauderhill's 2024 Jazzing in the Park Event held on March 2, 2024 at West Ken Lark Park in the amount not to exceed $9,700.00 and the City of Lauderhill's

To approve two Old Skool Gang Ventures, Inc. agreements.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Approve two contracts with Old Skool Gang Ventures, Inc. to approve the Booking Agent terms and conditions regarding the following two events:

 

The Booking Agent Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Old Skool Gang Ventures, Inc. to secure the services of stage management and acquisition of artists Lee Kelly and the DWHAS Band, Careless Vibez, Melodic Vibrations, MC Rodney Baltimore & DJ DYZELL to appear and perform at the City of Lauderhill’s 2024 Jazzing in the Park Event on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at West Ken Lark Park in an amount not to exceed $9,700.00, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved retroactively.

 

The Booking Agent Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Old Skool Gang Ventures, Inc. to secure the services of stage management and acquisition of artists Midnight Star, Howard Hewitt, Adina Howard, Old Skool Gang, MC Rodney Baltimore & DJ DYZELL to appear and perform at the City of Lauderhill’s 2024 Jammin in the Park Event on Saturday, April 24, 2024 at the Central Broward Regional Park in an amount not to exceed $95,600.00, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
