RESOLUTION NO. 24R-01-05: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL APPROVING THE REMOVAL OF PETER LYBRAND AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD, HAVING BEEN APPOINTED BY THE COMMISSION AS A WHOLE, DUE TO THE BOARD MEMBER NO LONGER BEING A RESIDENT OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL AND THEREFORE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD;' PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Adopt a Resolution to remove Peter Lybrand as an alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board.
Need:
Members of the Code Enforcement Board are required to be residents of the City of Lauderhill. The City Clerk’s Office has confirmed that Mr. Lybrand no longer meets this requirement and is no longer eligible to serve on the board.
