Request Action:

Pass a Resolution to approve the standard Reciprocal Use Agreement between The School Board of Broward County and the City of Lauderhill for the use of each other's facilities that is routinely signed.

 

Need:

To approve the School Board Reciprocal Use Agreement.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The School Board requires a Reciprocal Use Agreement in order for the City to be able to utilize School Board owned facilities throughout the year as designated and authorized and for the School Board to use the City's facilities as designated and authorized.  This is the standard Reciprocal Use Agreement effective for a 5-year term commencing June 13, 2021.
