A RESOLUTION IS BEING REQUESTED FROM THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVING THE LIST OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES PURSUANT TO RFQ 2019-024

 

Need:

ACTION IS NEEDED TO ASSEMBLE A LIST OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES PURSUANT TO RFQ 2019-024.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

THE INTENT OF THIS RFQ IS TO ASSEMBLE A LIST OF QUALIFIED LICENSED COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER AS DEFINED IN FLORIDA STATUTE 475.17. THE CITY WILL USE THE APPROVED COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERS FROM THIS LIST ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS. THIS LIBRARY OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERS WILL BE UTILIZED CITYWIDE TO PERFORM SERVICES UP TO $59,999.00 PER PROJECT. THE CONTRACTORS RECOMMENDED HAVE MET THE GUIDELINES PROVIDED IN THE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR PLACEMENT ON THE LIST BELOW IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER:
