Request Action:
Approve the First Amendment to the 2018 JAG Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for an award of funds in the net amount of $37,289.70 after administrative fees, and the execution of the Subrecipient Agreement and all other necessary documentation.
Need:
To approve the First Amendment to the 2018 JAG MOU and supporting documents.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Department of Justice has requested changes to the previously approved MOU as reflected in the attached First Amendment to the JAG MOU FOR 2018. The appropriate City officials are also authorized to execute the Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Pompany Beach, who serves as lead agency, and all other necessary documents in order to facilitate the intent of this Resolution. The City of Lauderhill will receive net funds in the amount of $37,289.70 for the 2018 JAG Grant after administrative fees are deducted.
