Commission approval to vacate an old unused utility easement at 4200 NW 12 Street.

 

Need:

The property is for sale and the potential purchaser has requested that this old utility easement be vacated.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

According to City records, there are no known utilities located in this easement.  The City has no interest in retaining this easement and wishes to vacate it.
