Need:                      A Special Exception shall be required should the Government Office Use operate as a tenant within a proposed multi-tenant building which is within the Community Commercial (CC) zoning district.

 

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

 

The Subject Site consists of a portion of a parcel, more commonly known as the Lauderhill Mall, which is currently developed with a multi-tenant shopping center. The applicant intents to construct an 18,620 square foot, stand-alone, multi-tenant building which includes a government office allowed by process of special exception within the community commercial (CC) soning district.
