THIS CHANGE ORDER IS NEEDED FOR MAIN SUPPORT STRUCTURE MADE UP OF THREE PIPES WHERE THE HOIST IS ATTACHED TO THE TRUSSES'.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

THE DESIGN OF THE SIDE COURTS, THE HEAVIER BOARDS AND ADDED HEIGHT ADJUSTERS WERE CAUSING THE MAST NOT TO GO ALL THE WAY DOWN AND LATCH IN PLACE.
